Textron Greenlee group complete the wholly-owned acquisition of Endura-Greenlee tools (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
We were honored to announce that Textron, Greenlee group had completed the total acquisition of Endura-Greenlee tools (Shanghai) Co., Ltd in May 2015.

We added Endura into the Textron family because of Endura’s strong brand and the great potential Chinese market. Established in 1998, Endura is a professional tools brand in China, After 18 years' fast development, we have more than 3,000 products for our more than 1,000 resellers in China. Endura has become one of the leading brands of tool for Chinese industrial enterprisers. The next target of Endura is to further grow our business in the Chinese and global market. The acquisition of Endura is part of Textron’s plan to continue to strengthen the tools industry development in China and the global market, now we had 5 professional tool brands. They cover the applications and solutions in many fields, such as power industry, shipyard, railway, construction industry, communication and data transmission, oil, automotive aftermarket, etc. Brands include Greenlee, Klauke, Endura, Sherman+Reilly, HD Electric Company.

At present, Textron has 3 offices and 9 factories in China. They are headquarters and representative office in Shanghai, representative office in Beijing; Kautex (Shanghai) factory, Kautex (Changchun) factory, Kautex (Chongqing) factory, Kautex (Guangzhou) factory; Cessna (Shijiazhuang) aircraft manufacturing factory, Cessna (Zhuhai) aircraft factory, E-Z-GO (Wuxi) factory; Klauke (Nantong) hydraulic tools factory and Endura- Greenlee tools (Shanghai) factory. We are committed to our long-term strategy in Chinese market and Textron will continue to increase our investment in Chinese market in the future.
